These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ASADO Dashboard application ("the app", "we", "our"). By using the application, you agree to these Terms.

ASADO Dashboard is an internal analytics application that allows authorized ASADO (Kansai Yakiniku) staff to view and analyze the performance of our own official social media accounts, including TikTok and Facebook business pages.

2. Authorized Use

This application is intended for internal use by ASADO and its authorized staff only. Access is restricted and protected by authentication. You may only use the application for legitimate business analytics purposes.

3. Account Authorization

The application accesses data from TikTok accounts only after the account owner explicitly grants authorization through TikTok's official OAuth process. You may revoke this authorization at any time.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the application for any unlawful purpose
Access data from accounts you do not own or operate
Attempt to disrupt or compromise the application's security
Use the application in violation of TikTok's Terms of Service or Developer Policies

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the application is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle data.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and data accessed through the application belong to their respective owners. The application itself is the property of ASADO.

7. Compliance with Platform Policies

The application complies with TikTok's Developer Terms of Service and all applicable platform policies. We use TikTok's official APIs in accordance with their guidelines.

8. Limitation of Liability

The application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the application.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
