This Privacy Policy describes how ASADO Dashboard ("we", "our", "the app") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our internal analytics application.

1. About This Application

ASADO Dashboard is an internal analytics tool used by ASADO (Kansai Yakiniku) restaurant to view and analyze the performance of our own official social media accounts, including TikTok and Facebook business pages. The application is used solely by authorized ASADO staff.

2. Information We Access

When authorized by our account owner, the application accesses the following data from our own TikTok accounts via the TikTok Display API:

Basic profile information (display name, follower count, profile image)
Public video list and metadata (title, cover image, duration, create time)
Video engagement metrics (view count, like count, comment count, share count)

We only access data from accounts that we own and operate. We do not access, collect, or store data from any third-party users.

3. How We Use Information

The accessed data is used exclusively for:

Displaying internal performance dashboards
Analyzing content engagement trends
Improving our own marketing and content strategy

4. Data Storage and Security

Data is stored securely in our private database (Supabase) with restricted access. Access tokens are encrypted and stored securely. Only authorized ASADO staff can access the dashboard, which is protected by authentication.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share any accessed data with third parties. Data is used only for our internal business analytics.

6. Data Retention

We retain analytics data for as long as necessary for our business analysis. You may request deletion of stored data at any time by contacting us.

7. Your Rights

As the account owner, you may revoke the application's access at any time through your TikTok account settings. Upon revocation, we will stop accessing new data.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
